Yoga Classes

Our yoga classes focus on correctly aligning the body, improving posture, movement, health and mental well being . Sunday class 10 am, is a slow flow, perfect for beginners. Wednesday 6pm is a flow for people who want to improve on the yoga they already know. Monday 6pm, is for those who know their yoga moves well and want a flow class that creates challenge and improvement. Click here for latest group time table. Vegetarian & Vegan Cooking Classes

    You will learn how to create a moo free dairy & fast food fridge & freezer. Learn how to make vegan milks, creams, cheeses, vegan cream soups & breads.

  • Sports Pilates Wed 9am - 11pm

    Our much loved Pilates workshop is back again. Come in for an hour of high-intensity, fat burning activity. Special guest instructor Mel Harris (AIS Gymnastics Coach) will be taking no prisoners.
